The Current is a training academy which means you have access to our motivated junior stylists as well as our elite master stylists.
Depending on your preference and specific beauty need, we offer a range of stylists with corresponding pricing. This is an ideal scenario because our pricing can be as accessible as you choose.
Under 2 years experience; must complete 300 hours of technical classroom training.
Under 4 years experience; must complete another 150 hours of technical training.
4-8 years experience; 50 hours of advanced classroom training; 50 hours of teaching apprentices/junior stylists.
Over 8 years of experience; 50 advanced classroom training; 150 teaching; 50 creating a collection.

We require all our stylists to conduct a thorough consultation before every service. We provide colour correction services when you desire an edit or update to a recent colour service. Colour corrections are also used when you want a specific result that cannot be accomplished in less than 4 hours (4+ hrs).

When you book with us, that time is thoughtfully set aside just for you. We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments changed within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the services booked to the card on file. This helps us care for our stylists’ schedules while continuing to offer a great experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
